The Tomatin 14 Year Old is soft, smooth and sweet, benefiting from its time spent in Tawny Port casks which previously held port for around 50 years. Rich but balanced aromas of red berries, sweet honey and rich toffee develop into aspects of light fruits and nuts on the palate and an abiding finish of smooth fruit salad.
Introduced in the latter half of 2014, the 18 year old AnCnoc Single Malt Scotch Whisky was matured in a combination of European oak ex-sherry and American oak ex-bourbon casks. Following maturation, this handsome Highland Whisky is bottled without chill-filtration or additional colours.
The Cask Strength Edition is our most vivacious expression, yet still retains Tomatin’s characteristically rich and sweet undertones. In a limited edition of 900 bottles, the Indian single malt Amrut is once again causing a stir. Using a very unusual method, the distillery chose sherry casks in which orange peels had been infused for two years before being used to finish Amrut Naarangi. Naarangimeans orange in Hindu.
