During our travels, we have always been attracted by the aromas, the flavors different from our country of origin. Fruits, spices are part of the strong and striking elements. Mauritius is located in the Indian Ocean east of Madagascar. With its tropical climate, its lush landscapes and its paradisiacal coasts, this island has one of the richest biodiversities in the world. This country is a true source of inspiration that has deeply marked us by its richness and that we wanted to interpret through Escale Tamarin. Tamarin is one of the most authentic beaches of Mauritius with an exceptional and exotic setting. The superb waves are coveted by the greatest surfers and make it one of the most beautiful surfing spots in the world.
