

The Naga Siam Edition rum, by its long maturation under wood, develops complex woody aromas, which mix the scents of sandalwood and roasting. Then come notes of nuts and caramel.
The rum has a soft and round structure, characteristic of Naga rums. The roasted flavors appear and support the elegant notes of nuts, vanilla and tobacco. The finish is long and the whole is supported by a very elegant woody taste.
Mix possible with Naga Anggur, Nage Triple Wood and Naga Java Reserve.
Sugar cane is grown on fertile plains, where rice and tropical fruits are also grown. After sugar production, the molasses is brought to the distillery located 45 kilometers from the South China Sea. It is fermented for 36 hours to produce a cane wine with a strength of 6-7%. The cane wine is then distilled 5 times in column. The resulting rum is aged for 10 years in renovated and re-burned ex-bourbon barrels to extract new wood aromas. It is a slow aging (low-aging) without adding sugar or sweetener.
The share of angels from 7 to 9% is compensated by a topping up with rums of equivalent age (static aging).

They then decided to improve their beverage by blending local ingredients into it, so naturally they decided to make a Canadian whisky with maple syrup to create a new and exceptional spirit.

Taking its character and colour entirely from the casks within which it has been nurtured, this is a deeply warming whisky. The indulgence extends through this single malt with chocolate and spice defining the character but allowing for the influence of more vibrant zesty flavours.

Aged in a combination of American oak, bourbon casks and first fill Spanish oak butts. We are big fans of this Highland distiller, just on the edge of Speyside. Could be a great dram as we get in to the winter months.
