Calle 23 Tequila Reposado
Double distilled in traditional pot stills. Rested in ex Bourbon oak casks for 8 months, to achieve a well balanced tequila reflecting a subtle balance between Agave and wood spices, without losing its freshness.
Tasting notes
Color
Light amber.
Nose
Delicious light hints of wood, while the cooked agave still plays the major role in this reposado’s aroma. Managed to be smooth and easy yet truly characterful.
Palate
Light and smooth, the wood adds spiciness perfecting its personality. Notes of roasted peppers and fresh figs complete the experience. Light Wood notes, big agave presence and well balanced spiciness.

Tasting notes
Nose
Slightly sweet but with a dry entry, caramelised molasses, cinnamon, nutmeg, spices and flowers, buttery nuts (macadamia, hazelnuts, etc.) supported by a delicious blend of tobacco, leather, barrel charcoal and oak.
Palate
Spicy, paradoxically sweet and dry on the attack, with hints of citrus, dried fruit and flowers, nuts, persimmon, medium to full-bodied.
Fine
notes of oak, pepper and vanilla mingle with ginger, leather and tobacco. Finish Medium-long, with a dry, spicy finish.
Merlet Amerisse Liqueur Amère
It is produced by the Distillerie Merlet & Fils with AMÉRISSE, who wanted to sublimate this fruit by combining it with several bitter plants such as gentian, angelica, mugwort and rhubarb to reinforce its natural astringency, and then with other berries and citrus fruits that increase its fruity flavours and complexity tenfold.
ABK6 VS + étui
ABK6 is a Single Estate Cognac, it’s produced on a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were used. A double distillation toke place in smalle Charentais pot-stills. The ABK6 Pure Single aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.
