Distilled over 45 years ago, almost 80 years after our distillery was first established, the spirit has spent the entirety of its maturation in hand-selected Traditional Oak Hogshead casks – giving the whisky a supremely distinctive and luxurious flavour. Our latest release, Warehouse 6 Collection- 1976, was recently awarded Gold Outstanding at the International Wine & Spirit Competition 2022 – scooping the highest possible score, 99, and proceeded to win the Trophy in the Single Malt Scotch Whisky 26 Years and over category. Only two other whiskies in the competition received a score of 99, one being our Tomatin Legacy.
Long aknowledged as the Caribbean’s premier rum, continuously winning major awards over the past decade, El Dorado 15Y Special Reserve is viewed as a fine, cognac-like rum posessing the most intriguing and complex character in its class. Perfect for long sipping, straight or on the rocks. A classic!

Using Rye that is locally and sustainably sourced in the Midwestern US, allow us to present a fresh and light whiskey that offers mellow and somewhat sweet notes of maple and candy corn, with a classically spicy finish. Works beautifully in classic cocktails such as a Manhattan, Sazerac, or Scofflaw, where its grain-forward spiciness balances out the sweetness of other ingredients.
We forage wild plants from the mountains around the distillery to make this extraordinary gin. These sustainably picked plants go fresh (not dried) into the still within hours of foraging. They are painstakingly slow-distilled to tease out delicate flavors in tiny batches. The cut-points are decided batch by batch, by smell and taste (never timed or automated) as if each batch is the first, putting this gin on a whole other level of flavor. The knowledge, experience and effort that goes into each bottle is what makes it so special. We love it in a G&T garnished with a wedge of grapefruit and a freshly torn sprig of basil. Or try it in a Tom Collins.
