TASTING NOTES

Nose
Like a lovely stroll through spice stalls. Black pepper, cumin, rice, starchy notes but also some sweetness with salted caramel aromas.

Palate
Well-rounded and fruity. It then develops aromas of red berries (strawberries, gooseberries), then evolves to pure cane juice thus evoking its raw material.

Finish
Surprisingly, despite being nice and easy to begin with, it has quite a bitter finish, giving it a delicious balance.
