Created from a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons along with a small quantity of Virgin Oak casks and red wine barriques, the resulting bronze spirit delivers sherry-matured sophistication.
Tasting notes
Colour
Sunset Bronze.
Nose
Heather honey, butterscotch and cinnamon, followed by waves of ginger, toasted almonds and mocha.
Taste
Lashings of treacle, dried sultanas and butterscotch, with cinnamon, peppermint and honeycomb.

The Cask Strength Edition is Tomatin's most vivacious expression, yet still retains Tomatin’s characteristically rich and sweet undertones. Matured in a classic combination of first fill ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso Sherry casks.
ABK6 VS + 2 Glasses
ABK6 is a Single Estate Cognac, it’s produced on a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were use. A double distillation toke place in smalle Charentais pot-stills. The ABK6 Pure Single aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.

Old Pulteney 12 Y MINI
The distillery's signature bottling, this single malt is aged in old bourbon casks, giving it a gourmand, vanilla and slightly spicy character.

Belgian Owl Green Identité
This handcrafted whisky hails from the Hesbaye region, entirely distilled in former Caperdonich Pot stills from 1898. Aged in 1st fill Bourbon casks made of American white oak (Quercus alba), it embraces sustainable and fair trade farming values.
