A Blended Scotch Whisky made from a mix of 40% of different malt whiskies, rich and fruity. A unique blend with distinctive flavours, rich yet soft fruitiness, a natural pink wine tinge to its kilted body, the modern design of the art of Ashley Cook drawn from Scotland’s history. A whisky with strength and character yet with a feminine heart, mirroring the portrait of Mary Stuart, Queen of Scotland and Queen of France through her marriage to Francois II of France as a young princess.
Merlet C² Citron & Cognac calls on Merlet’s expertise as both distillers and liqueur-makers, and plays on the natural affinities between cognac and citruses – in this case, lemon and lime.
Merlet Wild Strawberry liqueur (Crème de Fraise des Bois) combines two complementary varieties, for their richness and complexity. The Merlets source their fruits from partner producers in order to guarantee consistent quality. Thanks to their position as currant growers and winemakers, the Merlets are able to exchange with their partner producers and call on their own expertise to select fruits of optimal ripeness.
Ryoma is the perfect mix of Japanese excellence and traditional methods. It is unique and refined with floral and fruity accents. Ryoma rum made with pure sugar cane juice, aged in Japanese white oak casks.
The yeasts used were initially created by the distillery to ferment their sake.
