Aerolite Lyndsay 10 Y

Aerolite Lyndsay is a ten year old peated single malt form an undisclosed distillery on Islay. Our blenders showcase the best of the liquid by resting it in bourbon barrels and Spannish oak sherry quarter casks.

Amrut Double Cask 3rd Edition Bourbon Port Pipe

Amrut Single Malt Whisky - Double Cask Testing Notes Nose : A rich, honeyed profile with loads of vanilla pods and creamy cake. Also quite floral, mainly buttercups. There’s plenty of fruits: pineapple candy, pink grapefruit, banana, caramelized apples… Apple pie. Hints of sweet oak and barley sugar. Just excellent – it’s like a Speyside grandpa with the vivacity of a youngster. Taste : More of the same (yay). A liquid fruit salad with papaya, kiwi, mango and pineapple, lifted by notes of lime. So much fruit, so much body, so much roundness. Again a coating of vanilla and powdered sugar. Subtle spices. Finish : Long and fruity. Delicate oak with cinnamon and very light pepper.

Amrut Naarangi

Amrut Naarangi Bottling Note The Naarangi is a very intriguing, inventive release from the Amrut distillers in India. Using casks which previously held a combination of oloroso Sherry, matured wine and orange peel for three years, they matured a three year old single malt whisky for a further three years, which has resulted in an expression with bright, expressive orange notes shining through.

AnCnoc 12 Y

anCnoc is a rather curious whisky. You see, this fine single malt is created using traditional production methods. It's just that we use them to make a refreshingly modern whisky (something that's reflected in our contemporary bottle design and packaging today). The end result is a lighter-tasting single malt that doesn't compromise on quality.

AnCnoc 18 Y

18 YEARS OLD
The anCnoc 18 Year Old has matured in Spanish oak ex-sherry casks and American oak ex-bourbon barrels and has been bottled in its most natural form, neither chill-filtered nor coloured.

AnCnoc 24 Y

A distillery like no other, traditional production methods are used to craft a curiously modern Single Malt. Proudly named anCnoc, meaning simply 'the hill' in Gaelic, every drop of this remarkable Scotch Whisky celebrates its Highland home, rich heritage and the spirit of Modern Tradition. anCnoc 24 Years Old has been bottled in its most natural form – neither chill-filtered nor coloured, and as a result may develop a light haze with the addition of water or if kept at a cold temperature. This haze is a natural characteristic of whisky that is non chill-filtered.

Balblair 12 Y

Balblair comes from a unique place where the pace of life is easy. Our malt is crafted slowly and is matured at the distillery in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors. We're proud of our heritage and have used traditional methods since we rolled our first barrels back in 1790. And yet we're not afraid to tinker with tradition if it serves to improve our product. Our single malt is the perfect mix of nature and nurture and we believe in quality above all else. The taste is exceptional, and keeping it that way is what drives us; not volume. We never get hung up on the unnecessary. The whisky is the reason we are here – it is our sole focus.

Balblair 15 Y

Tropical and mature, with the texture of melted chocolate and one of the finest finishes a single malt can bring, this stunning whisky calls for quiet admiration. Round and velvety, yet developed and fresh. Smoothed over by time, but with a beating heart.

Balblair 18 Y

This late-night expression is rich and autumnal, developed and amplified to unexpected heights, while staying perfectly balanced and closely tied to the bright and fruity character of the Distillery.

Balblair 25 Y

For over a quarter of a century, this rare Single Malt has developed and mellowed, becoming concentrated, full-bodied and indulgent, brimming with the dark intensity of chocolate praline and spices.
