Compagnie des Indes Latino comes from a blend of rums essentially of "Spanish" type (60% comes from Guatemala) but not only, since a part of the rum which composes it comes from Guyana (English influence).The Spanish type brings the greediness while the English influence brings a touch of freshness. 5 years of aging in new barrels (bourbon) have allowed this rum to acquire its roundness and a rich palette of aromas. The rum was bottled without cold filtration.
Koval Wheat is a limited release American whiskey produced in small batches with a 100% organic wheat mashed potato bill. This expression pays homage to the tradition of American wheat whiskey, while differentiating itself from the rest of the Koval line due to the high alcohol content. It is aged in small new and charred casks and bottled at 55% vol. without chill filtration.
To create Glendalough Rose Gin, the distillers remixed their Wild Botanical Gin recipe, bumping up the fruit, flower and spice notes. In addition, the distillers added three types of rose to the mix - specifically wild rose from the Wicklow mountains, heritage rose and Damask rose (a particularly esteemed variety). Gun's Bell is a spiced rum elaborated in the Cognac region by Hedonist. This blend of Dominican Republic, Guyana, Barbados and Trinidad benefits from a unique treatment. It is infused with spices and French oak chips (ex-cognac). It is then lightly sweetened, and aged in highly toasted oak barrels for 4 to 6 months. This spiced rum is perfect for a Dark n' Stormy cocktail, an original Mojito, or even a Vieux Carré.

Uncle Nearest 1856 is a blend of our premium aged whiskey. It has a caramel color with a beautiful deep golden hue. On the nose, baled hay and pumpkin seeds with subtle notes of ripe stone fruit and caramel corn. Bold and spicy upfront then mellows with sweet caramel and maple, like biting into an oatmeal raisin cookie. The finish is long and rich. It lingers pleasantly sweet on the palate with notes of vanilla after the spice dissipates.

The clever chaps behind nginious! Gin have created a Smoked & Salted variation of their excellent Swiss gin. This features juniper, bitter oranges, quinces, ginger and coriander, as well as cold-smoked chestnuts (which were smoked for 40 hours) and a rare smoked stone salt.
