Uncle Nearest 1856 is a blend of our premium aged whiskey. It has a caramel color with a beautiful deep golden hue. On the nose, baled hay and pumpkin seeds with subtle notes of ripe stone fruit and caramel corn. Bold and spicy upfront then mellows with sweet caramel and maple, like biting into an oatmeal raisin cookie. The finish is long and rich. It lingers pleasantly sweet on the palate with notes of vanilla after the spice dissipates.
Nginious Swiss Blended Gin
nginious! is a Swiss gin created by Oliver Ullrich and Ralph Villager, made with a selection of 18 botanicals that have been placed into four groups, which have been distilled and blended together to produce the final spirit. The herbs chosen for nginious! are native to Switzerland and include clover blossom, blackcurrant leaves, bee balm and more. Beautifully presented, too.

The clever chaps behind nginious! Gin have created a Smoked & Salted variation of their excellent Swiss gin. This features juniper, bitter oranges, quinces, ginger and coriander, as well as cold-smoked chestnuts (which were smoked for 40 hours) and a rare smoked stone salt.

Matusalem Gran Reserva 15 Y
Matusalem rum was created in 1872 and belongs to the 5th generation of the Alvarez family. Born in Cuba, produced in the Dominican Republic and enjoyed worldwide. Gran Reserva 15 amber rum, with its dark honey color, is affectionately called the "Cognac of Rums". The Gran Reserva 15 bottle is the flagship product of Matusalem and is particularly appreciated for its woody, dry aromatic note. Its complexity and smoothness make it a perfect rum to be enjoyed neat, but is also ideal when used in new combinations, classic or artisanal.
Tullibardine 225 Sauternes Finish
Compagnie des Indes Latino comes from a blend of rums essentially of "Spanish" type (60% comes from Guatemala) but not only, since a part of the rum which composes it comes from Guyana (English influence).The Spanish type brings the greediness while the English influence brings a touch of freshness. 5 years of aging in new barrels (bourbon) have allowed this rum to acquire its roundness and a rich palette of aromas. The rum was bottled without cold filtration.

KOVAL Four Grain is distilled from a mash bill of oat, malted barley, rye, and wheat. This whiskey is aged in heavily charred new oak barrels from Minnesota and bottled single barrel at 94 proof, using state-of-the-art technologies to achieve precise consistency and quality. Glendalough Rose Gin
To create Glendalough Rose Gin, the distillers remixed their Wild Botanical Gin recipe, bumping up the fruit, flower and spice notes. In addition, the distillers added three types of rose to the mix - specifically wild rose from the Wicklow mountains, heritage rose and Damask rose (a particularly esteemed variety). Amazonian Gin Company is a premium Distilled Gin made with extraneutral sugar cane spirit, distilled with juniper berries from Macedonia and a careful selection of fresh fruits and botanicals from the Amazon region, harvested by Amazonian farmers.
YuGin
YuGin is a unique combination of natural extracts of yuzu, Sichuan pepper, coriander and juniper. Used by the greatest chefs and perfumers, yuzu is also a citrus fruit sought after by the Japanese for centuries for its relaxing and refreshing properties, both in Japanese cuisine and in age-old customs such as Yuzuyu: for toji (the winter solstice), yuzu is floated in a hot bath, to prevent colds, warm the body and relax the mind.
Gun's Bell Spiced Rhum
Gun's Bell is a spiced rum elaborated in the Cognac region by Hedonist. This blend of Dominican Republic, Guyana, Barbados and Trinidad benefits from a unique treatment. It is infused with spices and French oak chips (ex-cognac). It is then lightly sweetened, and aged in highly toasted oak barrels for 4 to 6 months. The containment that was put in place to curb the spread of the virus severely affected restaurant owners, who had to close their doors for over a month. Despite these difficulties, some of them have invested in offering meals to health care workers. This is what led the Longueteau brand to dedicate this new vintage to these kind-hearted chefs as a thank you. Three euros will be donated to them for every purchase of this limited edition cuvée Solidaire. A delicious white agricultural rum, made from blue cane and rested in stainless steel tanks.
