The Portuguese Collection exhibits the unique influence imparted by different types of Portuguese Wine casks in an exceptional showcase.

The ageing of Phraya Elements follows the tradition of maturing the distillate in American oak exbourbon casks, which are stored and left to breathe near sleeping lagoons. A blend of aged rums, this premium rum offers unprecedented taste sensations that reflect the spirit of the "Craft of Refinement".

The apples are mixed, crushed and pressed. The apple juice is fermented right out to give cider to be distilled. Double distillation is carried out 6 months after the fermentation has taken place. The first distillation gives the "petite eau" at 30% by volume and it is the second distillation, that of the "petite eau" which gives the Calvados.
Aging: Two years minimum. In toasted 400 l (88 imperial gallon) oak barrels, 50% of which are new.

Old Pulteney Port is the second expression in The Coastal Series. Matured in both Ruby Port Pipes and Ruby Port Barriques, which once held an iconic sweet, red, fortified wine native to the Douro Valley of northern Portugal. The sweet flavours of the wine pair perfectly with the briny notes The Maritime Malt is known for.

A 2015 addition to the Finlaggan range, named Eilean Mor (those of you that know about Islay's geography will be familiar with that name). This expression has been bottled at a slightly higher strength than other Finlaggan release (not including the Cask Strength, of course). The whisky comes from an undisclosed distillery on Islay - it's a closely guarded secret as to which one...

Koval Wheat is a limited release American whiskey produced in small batches with a 100% organic wheat mashed potato bill. This expression pays homage to the tradition of American wheat whiskey, while differentiating itself from the rest of the Koval line due to the high alcohol content. It is aged in small new and charred casks and bottled at 55% vol. without chill filtration. The water - an essential ingredient in the distillation process - comes from Lake Michigan and is purified using natural charcoal.
