

Rum Cañero Sauternes Cask Finish is double aged after the blend in white oak casks used to age sweet wine for the region of Sauternes, France. After spending around 9 months in these barrels, the rum mixes its character with notes of the Sauternes wine sweetness, becoming a very drinkable spirit, appropriate for newcomers and connoisseurs.

Colour
Amber and straw-colored sparks. Total cleanliness and transparence. In the cup shows yellowish borders of old gold. Viscid, waxy and persistent when sliding.
Nose
Soft and balanced smell, of sweet perception, it reminds the sugar cane during the harvest, with fruity aromas. Also a touch of vanilla, coconut and prunes. It has remembrances of the oak tree impregnated with the Sauternes wine, which lets uncalmly notes of honey, fleshy fruits and a light sourness.
Taste
