This rum has a rather intense attack, reflecting the first days off the coast of Brittany, but quickly gives way to a subtle sweetness with notes of fresh sugar cane, lime and citrus fruits, a sign of the arrival under the trade winds and of the voyage to the heart of Guadeloupe.

Longueteau Rhum Parcellaire N°11

This is the smallest plot on the estate, where red cane is grown in accordance with the rules of organic farming. The plot is well exposed to the sun. The cane is worked by hand at every stage, with the exception of the harvest, which is mechanised. This 100% Canne Rouge white agricultural rum is aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats, then bottled after reduction at 55°.
