The rum is aged using the solera process for aging spirits, in which barrels containing older spirits are “topped off” and married with younger spirit from other barrels as the angel’s share takes its toll. Afterwards the rums blended are aged again in Single Malt Scotch Whisky oak barrels for at least 6 months. By the time, the rum is bottled. “Rum Cañero Finnished Malt Scotch Whisky” has been created personally by the great RUM MASTER JUAN ALBERTO ALVAREZ, professional with huge experience on the Rum Art, which has been developed among very well known distilleries throughout all Caribbean.

Glendalough's Double Barrel Irish Whiskey begins its maturation process in flame charred ex Bourbon American oak. It is finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla , a small town found in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside. Glendalough choose the bodega, the liquid, the casks and the cooper in this region of Spain to deliver a terroir driven sense of this land , encapsulated in the liquid when we put our whiskey in these slow toasted casks for aging. These specially selected casks combined with expert liquid finishing, deliver a rich and complex flavour to our Double Barrel Irish Whiskey.

The Big Smoke was created to blend malt whiskies from some of the Scotland's most iconic distilleries, and to bottle it in its most rugged form. This whisky is reminiscent of traditional Islay malts, full of peat smoke and coastal sweetness, powerful yet caressing, everything you would expect from a blend of exceptional smoky whiskies.

Nose: Pungent peaty smoke. Phenolic with a little coastal breeze.

Palate: Lovely sweet peatiness. Some iodine and sea salt balance with vanilla notes and some spice

The clever chaps behind nginious! Gin have created a Smoked & Salted variation of their excellent Swiss gin. This features juniper, bitter oranges, quinces, ginger and coriander, as well as cold-smoked chestnuts (which were smoked for 40 hours) and a rare smoked stone salt.

Penderyn Legend constitutes the ideal introduction to the first Welsh whisky distillery. Fully matured in bourbon casks, this single malt spent a few additional months in Madeira casks, giving it sweet and fruity notes. The red dragon, featured in many folk tales, also appears on the national flag of Wales. Coloma 15 Years is a rum that embodies Colombian craftsmanship through a unique aging process. Distilled from sugarcane molasses, this rum ages for 15 years in American oak barrels before undergoing a finishing period of 3 to 5 months in casks that previously held Coloma coffee liqueur. This process imparts a rich aromatic profile, enhancing indulgent notes of chocolate, spices, and coffee.
