Our malt is crafted slowly and is matured at the distillery in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors. We're proud of our heritage and have used traditional methods since we rolled our first barrels back in 1790. And yet we're not afraid to tinker with tradition if it serves to improve our product. Cihuatan 12 Y Cinabrio
The name “Cinabrio” was inspired by the color red, which was crafted by the ancient Maya using the mineral Cinabrio (cinnabar). Red was the symbol of Kinich Ahau, the Mayan god of the sun.
A 12-year-old rum from El Paisnal, El Salvador, aged in American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels, boasts a 40% Alc./Vol. strength in a 70 cl bottle.

Bottled at a robust 54.5%, this exceptional whisky, aged for 12 years, originates from cask number 85900674, with its journey beginning in July 2008 and culminating in September 2020, resulting in a limited edition release of only 318 bottles.
El Dorado 12 Y
A blend of specially selected aged rums, the youngest being no less than 12 years old, it is a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection and aged in old bourbon oak casks.
