The Doorly's 12 years, an iconic product of the Foursquare distillery in Barbados, embodies the art of rum distillation and blending. This exceptional rum is the result of careful twelve-year maturation in the tropics, in barrels that previously contained Kentucky bourbon and Madeira.
This double distillation, using both pot still and column still, gives this rum unmatched aromatic complexity and finesse.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE: From the opening, rich and complex aromas fill the senses with pastry and spicy notes. The scents of caramel, vanilla, and dried fruits are beautifully balanced by more subtle touches of oak and sandalwood.
PALATE: On the palate, this rum reveals itself as ample and indulgent. Flavors of molasses and licorice harmonize with notes of maple syrup, creating a generous and enveloping aromatic palette. The texture is smooth and velvety, offering a true symphony of flavors.
FINISH: The finish is persistent and evolving, marked by herbal and vegetal notes that add a dimension of freshness and lightness. A slight bitterness subtly balances the initial sweetness, leaving a lasting and refined impression.

Yerba mate tea is an iconic beverage of Argentina, which is why we wanted to include it in our Gran Chaco Argentina rum. For this version of the rum, we drew inspiration from the nature and lush landscapes of Argentina. The patterns on our bottle trace the path of nature, at the heart and source of our production: from the earth, where the rich flora of the Gran Chaco is rooted, to the sky. The design also evokes serenity and the call of the night: through the deep blue of the bottle, it reflects the sun setting behind the mountains and the phases of the moon and sun.
