Tomatin 1976 Warhouse N°6

Forty-five years after it was distilled, Master Distiller, Graham Eunson has declared the 1976 “extraordinary”. Of all the amazing whiskies he has sampled in over 30 years in the industry, this one stands apart from them all.
The Tomatin 1976 was distilled on December 7 1976 and bottled on April 4 2022 from the casks 32 & 33. With a strength of 46%, it matured in a Traditional Oak Hogshead. Limited to 350 bottles, it embodies decades of craftsmanship, delivering a truly exceptional experience.

Tomatin 1977 Warehouse N° 6

With patience, comes reward. Forty-two years on our Distillery Manager, Graham Eunson, has declared that the spirit in cask 38863 is in its prime, and ready and to be savoured. This luxury, exclusive whisky is the first in the distillery’s history to be matured in a Sauternes wine cask, resulting in an exceptional explosion of tropical flavours.
Tomatin 1977, a whisky of rare distinction was distilled on September 23, 1977 and bottled on September 30, 2019. At 49%, it matured gracefully in a Sauternes Hogshead, yielding only 390 bottles.
This exquisite expression encapsulates the rich heritage and meticulous craftsmanship of Tomatin distillery.

Tomatin 1978 Warehouse N° 6

Cask numbers 49541 and 49542 have been lying gracefully in Warehouse 6 since being filled on September 21st 1978, gently and slowly maturing the precious spirit within.
After thirty years, the spirit was moved to the finest First Fill Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks and laid down for a further decade, under the attentive, enduring care of Tomatin's distillery custodians.

Tomatin 2007 Cask 5100 - 61.2%

Tomatin 2007, an exceptional whisky, distilled on December 4, 2007, and bottled on May 15, 2023, boasts a robust 61.2% alc./vol. From Cask 5100, this limited-edition masterpiece produced only 246 bottles. Its bold strength and distinct character reflect the artistry and dedication synonymous with Tomatin's craftsmanship.

Tomatin 30 Y

The Tomatin 30y has matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon and traditional oak casks, in small batch release.

Tomatin 36 Y

Matured in a combination of Bourbon barrels and Oloroso Sherry Butts. It a small Batch Release, added to the range in 2015.

Tomatin 50Y Malt 1x700 ml & 1x50 ml 44%

Following 50 years of maturation here at the Tomatin Distillery, cask number 30040 has been bottled in its most natural form yielding just 125 special bottles to celebrate our distillery’s 125th anniversary.

Tomatin Cask Strength

The Cask Strength Edition is Tomatin's most vivacious expression, yet still retains Tomatin’s characteristically rich and sweet undertones. Matured in a classic combination of first fill ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso Sherry casks.

Tomatin Five Virtues Water

The concluding installment in the "Five Virtues series" is dedicated to Water, paying homage to the five elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—integral in crafting the whisky. This edition is a tribute to Tomatin's exclusive spring, the Alt-na-Frith Burn, a constant water source. The whisky undergoes maturation, with half in sherry hogheads casks and the remaining half in second-fill bourbon barrels. Limited to just 6,000 bottles, this series is a testament to craftsmanship and nature's influence.

Tomatin Italian Collection - Amarone 46°

Aromas of poached pears and traditional rhubarb and custard sweets lead, while on the palate notes of strawberry jam are accompanied by Turkish delight and light butter pastry. The finish is rich with cinnamon spiced red apple.

Tomatin Italian Collection - Barolo 46°

Aromas of mulled wine and dark chocolate lead, while on the palate there are notes of spiced mead with cranberry and an underlying fresh citrus in the form of grapefruit. Light tannin and sugared almonds linger on the finish.

Tomatin Italian Collection - Marasala 46°

Aromas of panettone and candied lime lead, while flavours of white chocolate, lemon truffles and hazelnut balance perfectly on the palate. Sweet citrus returns on the finish with blood orange accompanied by notes of toasted oak.
