Created from a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons along with a small quantity of Virgin Oak casks and red wine barriques, the resulting bronze spirit delivers sherry-matured sophistication.

This golden malt obtains its indulgently sweet characteristics from maturation in casks crafted from Sessile Oak, which grows in forests along the Atlantic coast of Scotland. Seldomly used for whisky maturation, Scottish Oak is not only rare and costly but is incredibly challenging to work with at all stages of production; growing, milling and coopering. Prior to hosting our honeyed whisky, the wood was air dried for 36 months before being toasted and charred to a medium level to encourage optimum interaction between oak and spirit. Despite presenting difficulties, this desirable oak imparts luxurious notes of blonde chocolate, with hints of zesty orange and smooth toffee to offer a truly unique drinking experience.

This gorgeous golden malt has been bottled at 48% and matured in premium American Oak Wood Barrels before being re-racked into bold and punchy Kentucky Rye Casks. The different toasting and charring levels of these casks combined with the Rye maturation adds a rich and spicy twist to the classic GlenAllachie style. Specially selected by Billy Walker, Limited Release (2,000 cases), Matured in ex-Bourbon barrels withsecondary maturation in Douro Valleybarriques, Matured in Speyside, Non-chill filtered and no added colouring.Located in the heart of Portugal, the Douro Valley is one of the world’s oldest protected wine regions, established in 1756. With the country’s highest wine classification as a Denominação de Origem Controlada (DOC), this historic region is a significant producer of robust, characterful red wines.Factors such as the oak species, level of toasting, and coopering of the cask each leave a unique mark on the slumbering spirit.

Aged in superior Chinquapin virgin oak barrels sourced from the Northern Ozark region of Missouri, USA, this single malt delivers robust notes of sweet spices and toasted nuts which join the peat smoke.

‘The Original’ is the classic single malt that truly champions our peated pursuit. Made with mainland peat from St. Fergus, the flavour contribution is sweeter than that anticipated of coastal peat.

Expetly matured in quality Pedro Ximénez & Olosoro Sherry puncheos, the casks have imparted rich, fruity notes that mingle harmoniously with warming wisps of peat smoke.

Crafted from a combination of the finest single malts from Speyside and Islay, including old GlenAllachie. The second batch of Lum Reek 10 Year Old is the perfect balance of peat and rich, fruity character and bottled at natural cask strength of 55.8% , no chill filtering for maximum flavor.

Produced from the highest quality sugar cane grown in Jamaica, at the heart of the Caribbean, this pot still rum has enjoyed a unique maturation journey, having been fully matured at The GlenAllachie Distillery. The spirit was sourced from Southern Jamaica’s Clarendon Distillery, which lies on one of the oldest sugar cane plantations on the island and is one of only four producers in the country. Renowned for crafting some of the most flavourful and intense rums in the world, Jamaica has been a hub of rum production since the 17th century.

Produced from the highest quality sugar cane grown in Jamaica, this pot still rum was expertly sourced by Master Blender Billy Walker from Southern Jamaica’s Clarendon Distillery and transferred to the cool Scottish climate for full maturation at The GlenAllachie Distillery.
