Etsu Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse.

100% black cane, a variety exclusive to the Bologne distillery. This old variety, now forgotten by distillers because of its low yield, is favoured by Bologne for its exceptional aromatic potential. It expresses a "concentrate" of cane. Matured for 12 months in stainless steel vats.

La Fée Blanche Absinthe Supérieure is an exceptional example of classic white absinthe, distilled in France with 100% natural ingredients.
This refined spirit is a tribute to the traditional methods used before the ban of 1915.
This absinthe stands out for its crystalline purity, delicate aromatic profile, and meticulous composition based on three types of wormwood: Grande Absinthe (Artemisia absinthium), Petite Absinthe (Artemisia pontica), and Génépi (Genepi Artemisia).

Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic, tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild coastal forages. Cascading grapefruit and hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, 'the dew of the sea', then distilled and infused with the signature gin. The result is a zesty, fresh spirit with a hint of sea air.

Sortilège Crème d'érable combines Canadian whisky with delicious Quebec maple syrup and a hint of cream for a pleasant touch of sweetness and an exquisite blend of flavours.

The 10th in Penderyn’s Icons Of Wales Edition whiskies is called YMA O HYD. This is a patriotic anthem, written by Dafydd Iwan, and has been adopted by the Red Wall (Welsh football supporters). This whisky is produced in partnership with FA Wales as their official whisky for the Wales campaign at the World Cup in 2022.
