Created specifically for the French market, Flotilla is the expression most representative of the style and special location of the Pulteney distillery on the north side of the Highlands. Aged in bourbon casks, this 2012 version expresses a maritime, iodized and salty character, while developing gourmet notes of green apple, lemon zest, toffee and vanilla, enhanced by salty aromas. Inspired by the Old Pulteney 1989, Huddart is matured in American oak exbourbon barrels, before being finished in ex-peated malt casks.

Cihuatán Alux is a limited edition rum inspired by the Mayan Legend of the Aluxes, guardian gods of the land. According to Mayan lore, these gods lived in maize and cacao fields, as these were regarder as the most sacred gifts of the earth. At the beginning of every harvest season, the Maya would hold an enchanting feast full of rich treats of chocolate and corn in gratitude to the Aluxes. Now as our gift for these guardian gods, our Master Blender has crafted this rum with notes of Mayan atole, cashew nuts, ginger, cinnamon sticks, roasted corn and chocolate mousse.

This original preparation blends fresh mint, sweet ginger and long Java pepper for a pleasant and intense sensation of freshness.
