Rhum CAÑERO Cognac Finish is the result of a master formula involving spirits aged for more than 10 years in the Caribbean in Bourbon casks, combined with base rums with at least 7 years of aging, and other spirits from our cellar. They are all aged together in French oak barrels that previously held Cognac. A harmonious and unusual blend, it is sure to captivate the most discerning palates. The Cognac Rhum CAÑERO was personally created by the great RUM MASTER JUAN ALBERTO ALVAREZ, a professional with extensive experience in the art of rum, developed among renowned distilleries throughout the Caribbean.
TASTING NOTES:
COLOR: A deep, dark and thick robe with intense purple highlights.
NOSE: The strength of Sherry wine is remarkable from the very first nosing, with aromas of nuts and prunes.
PALATE: Creamy and delicate but not syrupy at all. Roasted almond is gracefully intertwined with notes of fig, raisins, and vanilla. All of this is covered with a fine woody layer.
