Lune d’Abricot is the rebirth of a traditional liqueur, Apricot Brandy. The Merlet family has selected several varieties of apricots from partner producers in Roussillon, leveraging their status and expertise as blackcurrant growers and winemakers to select fruits at optimal ripeness.
TASTING NOTES:
COLOR: Yellow-orange.
NOSE: A distinguished and powerful apricot nose with spicy and woody notes, a blend of wildflowers, exotic fruits (mango), and a hint of almond.
PALATE: Both lively and creamy on the palate, with honeyed touches (acacia, linden), apricot pulp, and citrus undertones (lemon, orange).
FINISH: A fantastic length with a hint of honeysuckle and bitterness. Generous, indulgent, silky, and even dry.
