The auburn hue of this whisky comes directly from its passage through the 228-liter barrels that formerly housed the Pinot Noir from Château de Chassagne-Montrachet.

The Tomatin 12 Year Old is smooth and silky, having been matured in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and ex-Spanish Sherry casks. A rich, fruity aroma is the prelude to sweet flavours of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nut before the long, pleasantly oily finish.

This original preparation blends fresh mint, sweet ginger and long Java pepper for a pleasant and intense sensation of freshness.

Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from the island of Negros, Philippines. His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s. The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. A very long aging in American white oak barrels gives this exceptional rum a Creole flavor and a spicy aromatic palette.

Miracielo is produced by hand using the original La Antigua Guatemala recipe from 1953, in small batches.
During the ageing process, fresh plums, sultanas and vanilla are added by hand, macerating and giving it its unique aromatic profile. Symbolising its artisanal, hand-made profile, the leather collar that adorns its neck is also handmade.
