TASTING NOTES
NOSE: From the opening, an intense bouquet of aromatic herbs emerges, accompanied by slight aniseed notes. The nose is delicately herbal, with a floral touch evoking the surrounding Swiss mountains.
PALATE: On the palate, the texture is of great elegance and offers remarkable balance. The flavors of anise and plants blend harmoniously, while the natural sweetness of the wine alcohol tempers the bitter character of the absinthe.
