Rum & Cane Regional Rums invites you to explore the world of Rum
Discover them through the five main rum-producing regions.
Each regional expression contains two hand-selected rums, blended together to embody the unique character of the region.
TASTING NOTES :
NOSE: The initial nose is a true invitation to travel, with "navy rum" accents, highly powdery, evoking gunpowder and flint. Lightly oxidized coppery notes introduce aromas of nuts and cocoa. This initial profile is deliciously juxtaposed with sweet and vanilla touches. As the rum aerates, soft fruits like prunes emerge, harmonizing with aromas of plum, blackberry, and blueberry before opening up to fresh and slightly acidic exotic fruits.
PALATE: The attack on the palate is smooth, immediately followed by an explosion of exotic flavors. Fruits like banana and pineapple gain intensity, accompanied by mild spices and a breath of freshness from citrus fruits like kumquat, adding a touch of bitterness that enhances the precision of the flavors.
FINISH: The finish is long and well-balanced, with lingering impressions of heavy artillery and a slight olive note, enhanced by a touch of bitterness that brings freshness and extends the pleasure of the tasting.
