They use some of the best barley, grown in Norfolk, and superb Breckland water to make their whisky. This 9 Year Old release is a heavily peated new make, matured in an Oloroso Sherry barrel and we’ve bottled this at cask strength - 67% abv.
NAGA SIAM Edition, through its long maturation in wood, develops complex woody aromas, blending sandalwood and roasted scents. This is followed by notes of nuts and caramel. The rum has a smooth and rounded structure, characteristic of NAGA rums. Roasted flavors emerge and support the elegant notes of nuts, vanilla, and tobacco. The finish is long, with the whole experience enhanced by very elegant woodiness.
Yamazakura Blend Peated is a blend of grain and peated malt , matured in Bourbon and sherry cask for at least 3 years with a peat rate 50ppm
Hailing from the far North East of Scotland, off the Caithness coast, Stroma Malt Whisky Liqueur takes its name from the windswept Caithness Isle. Stroma originates from the Norse meaning ‘island in the stream’ which also refers to the dangerous currents on the island’s shores, including the infamous ‘Swilkie’ whirlpool. Stroma’s lighthouse warns ships of these nearby powerful currents.
Matured for 18 years, this is indulgent and spicy thanks to the casks selected for maturation.
Designed by rum expert Thomas Holland to serve as the ideal base for a cocktail, but could also be enjoyed on its own. It is a blend of rums from Guyana and Jamaica, an original combination that is beautifully represented on the bottle's hand-drawn label, which features the national flowers of both countries side by side.
Sauternes is made from grapes which have undergone ‘noble rot’, causing their moisture to evaporate, hence concentrating the sugars. The sauternes cask brings sweetness and complexity to the mature spirit. Expect fruits like apricots or peaches, you may also find honey or nuts.|TASTING NOTES|• NoseFragrant honeyand summer fruits.
