Panda is an award-winning premium gin distilled and bottled in Belgium. It is entirely organic and is the first gin in the world to contain lychees. The delicate lychee flavor is complemented by other ingredients, including cherry, orange zest, basil, rosemary, Chinese star anise, juniper berries and pure water from the Hautes Fagnes. The harmony between these ingredients gives Panda gin a subtle yet powerful note with delicate, refined accents.

Using Rye that is locally and sustainably sourced in the Midwestern US, allow us to present a fresh and light whiskey that offers mellow and somewhat sweet notes of maple and candy corn, with a classically spicy finish. Works beautifully in classic cocktails such as a Manhattan, Sazerac, or Scofflaw, where its grain-forward spiciness balances out the sweetness of other ingredients.

Tasting notes

Nose
Slightly sweet but with a dry entry, caramelised molasses, cinnamon, nutmeg, spices and flowers, buttery nuts (macadamia, hazelnuts, etc.) supported by a delicious blend of tobacco, leather, barrel charcoal and oak.

Palate
Spicy, paradoxically sweet and dry on the attack, with hints of citrus, dried fruit and flowers, nuts, persimmon, medium to full-bodied.

Fine
notes of oak, pepper and vanilla mingle with ginger, leather and tobacco. Finish Medium-long, with a dry, spicy finish.

This Limited - Last Casks - Edition is a popular blend that was last produced in 1998, comprising light rum that was produced on the since-discontinued Tri-Canada Redistillation Still. Blended and aged with rums from the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still and the Enmore Wooden Coffey Still. This Rum was artfully crafted by the Master Distiller George Robinson and aged for 24 years in the companies Barrel warehouse in Guyana.

Tomatin Legacy is a non-peated scotch with aromas of vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon. On the palate, gentle waves of fresh fruit sprinkled with ginger emerge before a light, clean finish.
