The selection of the ripest and sweetest agaves, combined with meticulous distillation in copper stills, ensures a spirit that is both complex and harmonious. Rested in stainless steel tanks for 6 months, this Blanco tequila reaches the pinnacle of its purity and potency, bottled at 55%, the maximum allowed by the Tequila Regulatory Council. Finlaggan Old Reserve is a peated single malt whisky from an undisclosed distillery on Islay. Bottled by Vintage Malt, it is a whisky with saline and smoky notes.

The whisky is subtly finished with high-quality natural spring water from Mount Daisen.

The HSE VSOP Port Cask Finish is an exceptional agricultural rum produced at Habitation Saint-Étienne, in Martinique, adhering to the traditions of the AOC Martinique.
This very old rum stands out due to meticulous aging and a unique finish, making it a true gem for lovers of characterful spirits.
After an initial maturation of over 3 years in American oak barrels that previously held bourbon, it receives an 8-month finish in 225-liter Tawny port barrels.
This double maturation enriches the rum with complex fruity and woody notes, perfectly balanced by the typical softness and roundness of Port.

Unchill-filtered, natural colour. Brewed, fermented, distilled, matured and bottled on site:
• Organic malted barley.
• Brewed with Vercors spring water.
• Distilled at 50°C in a low-pressure still designed by the by the distiller.
• Aged for 3 years in oak barrels in the gentle atmosphere of an old Vercors silkworm nursery.
