TASTING NOTES :
To the eye
Bright gold colour with a beautiful brilliance and old gold reflections.
To the nose
On the nose, ABECASSIS XO Grande Champagne is fine and elegant, evolving on delicate notes of vanilla, citrus zest, cedar wood, dried flowers and eucalyptus.
In the mouth
On the palate, the freshness, supported by the finesse of the tannins, reveals a complex and structured eau-de-vie. A subtle balance is established, oscillating between the woody vanilla note and the dried fruit note. The finish offers us an evolution on ginger and spices.

anCnoc is a rather curious whisky. You see, this fine single malt is created using traditional production methods. It's just that we use them to make a refreshingly modern whisky (something that's reflected in our contemporary bottle design and packaging today). The end result is a lighter-tasting single malt that doesn't compromise on quality.
