A single malt whisky made from carefully-chosen peated malt, distilled in the natural environment of Tottori and aged in selected casks.
This whisky evokes a mellow, fruity sweetness, with a smoky, peaty finish. This masterpiece, carefully crafted with heart and passion, is cut to proof with high-quality natural spring water from Mt. Daisen.
This masterpiece, passionately created by the Kurayoshi distillery, is a Japanese Single malt whisky matured in a single Sakura cask, known for its quality. Combined with a malt aroma and the bitter taste of an unblended whisky, delicately soft and crisp notes of cherry also come through across the palate. The whisky is matured in Tottori prefecture, in anatural environment where the temperature changes considerably from one season to the next. The whisky is subtly finished with high-quality natural spring water from Mount Daisen.
Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged in oak casks and is delicately balanced with caramel and honey notes. Experience this old fashioned bourbon with a nip of sweet.
The apples are mixed, crushed and pressed. The apple juice is fermented right out to give cider to be distilled. Double distillation is carried out 6 months after the fermentation has taken place. The first distillation gives the "petite eau" at 30% by volume and it is the second distillation, that of the "petite eau" which gives the Calvados.
Aging: Two years minimum. In toasted 400 l (88 imperial gallon) oak barrels, 50% of which are new.
