Eye
Amber yellow. Clear and bright.
Nose
Gentle attack, followed by a great aromatic intensity: green apple, geranium, mentholated notes. When the glass is emptied, the aromas of calvados remaining on the sides of the glass are very revealing.
Palate
Consistent, slightly bitter, the first taste is marked by green apple. Vegetable finish. Lots of fat. Retroactive.
