An iconic and timeless classic for cocktail enthusiasts, Dolin Vermouth Dry embodies the elegance and finesse of Chambéry vermouths. This dry vermouth continues to captivate bartenders and mixologists worldwide thanks to its subtle balance and aromatic richness. Lightly sweetened and slightly golden, it reveals a complex olfactory palette where notes of citrus, almond, and mountain plants harmonize beautifully with a slightly bitter base.

A 2015 addition to the Finlaggan range, named Eilean Mor (those of you that know about Islay's geography will be familiar with that name). This expression has been bottled at a slightly higher strength than other Finlaggan release (not including the Cask Strength, of course). ABK6 is a Single Estate Cognac, it’s produced on a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were use. A double distillation toke place in smalle Charentais pot-stills. The ABK6 Pure Single aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.

This mezcal offers the perfect balance of flavours from four wild agave distillations: Cirial, Tobalá, Tobasiche and Lumbre. The agave Cirial creates a spiciness and a mineral element, while the Tobalá adds a thick body and sweetness. Lumbre and Tobasiche give depth and herbal characteristics. All the flavours emerge gradually and are easy to isolate and identify. The Mezcal Koch Ensemble offers a unique tasting experience that can easily compete with the best spirits in the world.

Chopin Rye Organic is made from a heritage rye variety called Dankowskie Ruben, sourced from a single local farm near our distillery. It is handcrafted in small batches, following traditional distillation techniques and strict requirements for eco-friendly processing, and is blended with natural spring water from our own well on the property. The spirit is then rested for six months to bring out its full flavor before bottling.

Eau de Vigne is a blend of different unaged eaux-de-vie. It’s a throwback to the “blanche” (unaged grape eau-de-vie) tradition – once very much enjoyed on its own. The success of aged grape spirits such as Cognac and Armagnac have little by little pushed this noble white spirit out of the limelight.
