TASTING NOTES
NOSE: The nose presents a sustained and rounded woody expression, with enticing pastry notes and touches of fresh citrus. Exotic fruit aromas are enhanced by light floral and sweet tones of rose and bergamot, followed by nuances of candied fruit.
PALATE: The attack on the palate is round and soft, mellow, and very warm. A perfect balance between strength and sweetness unfolds, revealing a generous and fruity palette of citrus and exotic fruit flavors. Drier, floral, and sweet notes pleasantly surprise the palate, adding complexity to the tasting experience.
FINISH: The finish is long and persistent, with roasted notes of coffee and chocolate, touches of pastry and dried fruit. A beautiful length on the palate that leaves a lasting impression.

His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s. The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. Rather, Don Papa is the embodiment of the spirit of Sugarlandia.

Cnoc Na Mòine is aged in Bourbon, American Oak Oloroso, and Pedro Ximenez Casks. The sherry casks in this new release lend a sweeter, richer flavour and a darker colour The name Cnoc Na Mòine translates as ‘hill of peat’ and is geographically located in Knoydart, which can be seen across the Sound of Sleat from the distillery.
