The Matsui Tripack (3x20 CL)

They use some of the best barley, grown in Norfolk, and superb Breckland water to make their whisky. This 9 Year Old release is a heavily peated new make, matured in an Oloroso Sherry barrel and we’ve bottled this at cask strength - 67% abv.

To blend this special batch, Francis Abécassis and Frédéric David the Cellar Master, have selected eaux-de-vie renowned for their rich aromas, aged in the estate’s oldest casks. Each sip of this precious cognac reveals harmonious and powerful flavours, symbolised by the strength of the dragon.

Sauternes is made from grapes which have undergone ‘noble rot’, causing their moisture to evaporate, hence concentrating the sugars. Tullibardine Sauternes is a wonderfully rich whisky, aged in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks and matured in 225-litre Sauternes barrels.
