Longueteau Rhum Parcellaire N°11
This is the smallest plot on the estate, where red cane is grown in accordance with the rules of organic farming. The plot is well exposed to the sun. The cane is worked by hand at every stage, with the exception of the harvest, which is mechanised. This 100% Canne Rouge white agricultural rum is aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats, then bottled after reduction at 55°.

Its notes of citrus fruit, cane, verbena and green tea will leave a deep impression on you and a tender memory.
