For more than ten years now, all of the production waste has been recycled to produce energy. We use spring water coming straight from La Soufrière for the reduction of our rums.
TASTING NOTES
COLOUR Crystal clear.
NOSE Fine vegetal notes, smoky, liquorice stick, hint of fresh cane, lemon and iodine notes, mirabelle plums and tropical fruits (maracuja).
PALATE The palate reveals notes of liquorice and fresh cane. There are floral notes, lavender, marzipan (orgeat, frangipan), gingerbread and tarte Tatin.
