The Old Black Cane cuvée has been aged for 3 to 6 years.
To be enjoyed dry, with or without ice.
Black cane is part of Bologna's DNA. Old Black Cane, the first single-varietal aged rum, has been aged for three to six years in ex-cognac French oak barrels.
|TASTING NOTES|
Nose
Elegant and rich, it opens with gourmet notes of salted butter caramel and vanilla. Notes of prune complete the first nose as well as a delicate and promising woodiness.
Palate
Rich candied fruit and cinnamon, with notes of sweet spices, macadamia and pecan. There's black cane sweetness, with liquorice and prickly pear.
Finish
Long, sweet and spicy at the same time.
