This blend results from the harmonious combination of four whiskies carefully aged in bourbon casks. Its profile delights with a delicate softness on the nose, a light and silky palate, and a delightfully rounded finish. A true invitation to discover the art of Japanese whisky in all its splendor. The set includes a 50cl bottle and 6 reusable stone ice cubes. These natural stones, ideal for cooling your whisky without dilution, add an ecological and refined touch to the tasting experience.

This is the smallest plot on the estate, where red cane is grown in accordance with the rules of organic farming. The plot is well exposed to the sun. The cane is worked by hand at every stage, with the exception of the harvest, which is mechanised. This 100% Canne Rouge white agricultural rum is aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats, then bottled after reduction at 55°.

Produced in the heart of Reunion Island, this traditional old rum is blended from a dozen oak casks of a dozen oak barrels from the Limousin and Allier regions. This union balance between the strength of cellar ageing and the explosion of noble aromas released released after 5 years in casks. The result is a rum with exotic notes, roundness and intoxicating length.

Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged in oak casks and is delicately balanced with caramel and honey notes. Experience this old fashioned bourbon with a nip of sweet.

Glendalough's Double Barrel Irish Whiskey begins its maturation process in flame charred ex Bourbon American oak. It is finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla , a small town found in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside. Glendalough choose the bodega, the liquid, the casks and the cooper in this region of Spain to deliver a terroir driven sense of this land , encapsulated in the liquid when we put our whiskey in these slow toasted casks for aging. These specially selected casks combined with expert liquid finishing, deliver a rich and complex flavour to our Double Barrel Irish Whiskey.
