Xibal Gin is a drink distilled through a copper alembic, in the presence of natural botanicals such as juniper roots, pericón, fennel, coriander, and spices such as black pepper, lemon, laurel, cardamomo, pericon and orange. All under the strictest quality controls, which guarantee the highest purity.
Glossy, transparent liquid with luminous flashes that make it look slightly metallic.
Predominant notes of juniper, followed by fresh notes of cardamom, combined with a mixture of herbal notes characteristic of Mesoamerica, to culminate with citrus notes of lemon and orange.
In the mouth, this product allows a complex flavor of juniper notes, followed by spicy notes of bay leaf and pepper, to finish with fresh notes of cardamom and herbal notes of pericon.
