Il s’agit de la deuxième version de la gamme The Dublin Liberties Irish Whiskey - un single malt de 10 ans qui a connu une période de finition dans des fûts de Sherry cueillis à la main par le maître distillateur Darryl McNally.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Sherried peels, custard creams and a flash of hot cinnamon.
Palate: Dark chocolate, raisin and touches of oily walnut.
Finish: Nutty notes linger, now leaning more towards sugared almond.
