Hee Joy Origins is a blend of traditional rums from Jamaica, Trinidad & Guyana, carefully selected and aged in distinct barrels within each original distillery. This time, the brand takes us to Jamaica to discover a very old VSOP rum. This creation from the Worthy Park distillery was aged for 4 years in Bourbon casks before being transported to the Cognac region for an additional six months of maturation in the brand’s cellars in Chevanceaux. This cuvée has thus undergone double aging, first in a tropical climate and then in a continental one.
