Made with pure, fresh sugar cane juice from the adjacent sugar refinery, this is a rum that showcases the traditions of Reunion Island, blending powerful flavours.The development of the 52% abv favours a strong concentration of aromas, and emphasises the rum’s rich rounded character.

Etsu is one of the first Japanese gins on the market. Etsu means "PLEASURE" in Japanese. This gin was developed by the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, following the story of an ancestral Asian recipe that requires various herbs, spices, and citrus fruits, some of which can only be found in Asia (berries, peppers, citrus fruits...). The distinctive feature of Etsu gin lies in the persistent presence of orange and yuzu peels, the latter being a yellow citrus fruit very popular in Asia.

Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic and tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild foraged coastal plants. Grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, "the dew of the sea", then distilled and infused with the signature gin. Issuing from a meticulous selection of Caribbean rums, Gun’s Bell is blended in our cellars in Chevanceaux following a traditional artisanal method. It then undergoes a 4 to 6-month aging process in oak barrels (depending on the weather) to develop woody notes, vanilla, dried nuts, roasted almonds, and smoky accents.
