ABK6 Honey Cognac is elegant and subtle, expressing floral tones from both honey and Cognac: jasmine, violet, honeysuckle, and rose petals. This is followed by warm and delicate sensations of spices and candied oranges. These aromas blend with woody vanilla and caramel.

Uncle Nearest 1856 is a blend of our premium aged whiskey. It has a caramel color with a beautiful deep golden hue. On the nose, baled hay and pumpkin seeds with subtle notes of ripe stone fruit and caramel corn. Bold and spicy upfront then mellows with sweet caramel and maple, like biting into an oatmeal raisin cookie. The finish is long and rich. It lingers pleasantly sweet on the palate with notes of vanilla after the spice dissipates.

The concluding installment in the "Five Virtues series" is dedicated to Water, paying homage to the five elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—integral in crafting the whisky. This edition is a tribute to Tomatin's exclusive spring, the Alt-na-Frith Burn, a constant water source. The whisky undergoes maturation, with half in sherry hogheads casks and the remaining half in second-fill bourbon barrels. Limited to just 6,000 bottles, this series is a testament to craftsmanship and nature's influence.

Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. Cihuatan Xaman, originating from El Paisnal, San Salvador, El Salvador, is a 16-year-old rum with 40% Alc./Vol., aged for 15 years in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, then finished for 1 year in Mayan ceiba casks. At the heart of every bottle of Cihuatán Xaman lies the Sleeping Woman, a Mayan goddess and guardian of the Cihuatán valley. Legend has it that, under the veil of the night, the Sleeping Woman would search for the brightest star in the sky. It was Xaman, the god of the North Star.

TASTIN NOTES

Nose: Pungent peaty smoke. Phenolic with a little coastal breeze.

Palate: Lovely sweet peatiness. Some iodine and sea salt balance with vanilla notes and some spice

Finish: Waves of smoke. Fantastic length.
