The Matsui Sakura Cask

Aromas of poached pears and traditional rhubarb and custard sweets lead, while on the palate notes of strawberry jam are accompanied by Turkish delight and light butter pastry. The finish is rich with cinnamon spiced red apple.

Japanese single malt whisky matured in a single Sakura cask, known for its quality. Combined with a malt aroma and the bitter taste of an unblended whisky, delicately soft and crisp notes of cherry also come through across the palate. The whisky is matured in Tottori prefecture, in a natural environment where the temperature changes considerably from one season to the next. The whisky is subtly finished with high-quality natural spring water from Mount Daisen.

Bladnoch Adela Single Malt is a moreish, full-bodied expression, matured in Oloroso cask for a warm, sweet sherry flavour.

Aged gracefully for 48 to 59 months, this handcrafted whisky from the Hesbaye region embodies 100% Belgian craftsmanship. Distilled in former Caperdonich Pot stills dating back to 1898, it matures in 1st fill Bourbon casks crafted from American white oak (Quercus alba). With a commitment to sustainable and fair trade farming values, this expression remains unpeated and boasts a natural hue, free from artificial coloring. Maintaining its authenticity, the whisky undergoes no chill filtering and is bottled at the distillery, ensuring a true reflection of its origin and craftsmanship.
