This agricultural rum aged in oak barrels is greedy and seductive. It claims its Reunionese origins through its very typical notes of sugar cane present throughout the tasting.
Since 1845, Isautier has been perpetuating the rum tradition in Reunion Island.
Isautier's aged rums embody the history of a family and the love of a land. Perfectly balanced, they reflect the unique style desired by Matthieu Cosse, the rum maker's oenologist. Round and delicately iodized, they combine the greediness of pastry notes, aromatic freshness and complexity, thanks to the slow and controlled toasting of the barrels.
