TASTING NOTES :
NOSE: Exquisitely elegant, the nose opens with subtle and enveloping floral aromas, enhanced by touches of fresh vanilla. As the rum aerates, vibrant notes of exotic fruits like mango and papaya emerge, accompanied by nuances of candied citrus, particularly blood orange.
PALATE: The palate is rich and complex, revealing a broad and silky texture. The first moments unveil indulgent flavors of candied fruits, orangette, and blond tobacco. Gradually, spicy notes of white pepper are added, offering a superb dynamic between sweetness and liveliness. The wood remains delicate, enhancing without ever overpowering.
FINISH: Long and elegant, the finish leaves a lasting impression with floral notes, slightly spicy, and a persistent fruity return of passion fruit and candied citrus. A finish that demonstrates the balance and mastery of this parcellaire rum.
