St Etienne Extra Vieux Château La Tour Blanche 2016

After more than 5 years of ageing in the purest tradition of HSE old rums, this vintage has benefited from almost 1 year of finishing in barrels from Château La Tour Blanche, 1er Cru Classé de Sauternes.

Tasting notes

Nose
The expressive, gentle nose opens with notes of acacia honey and passion fruit. After a few seconds' aeration, aromas of candied apricot and fig emerge, enhanced by a hint of gingerbread.

Mouth
On the palate, the bewitching roundness reveals sublime honeyed notes of dried fruit and muscat before a beautiful finish of orange peel. An extraordinary experience that will delight lovers of rare products.
