This very scarcity of water gives Karakoli its unique aromatic richness and structure, highlighting the power of an arid terroir. TASTING NOTES :
NOSE: A powerful and complex nose, marked by delicate woody notes enriched with hints of caramelized vanilla and coconut powder, characteristic of American oak. Fresh floral tones unfold, accompanied by dried tobacco and balsamic accents of coffee and chocolate. In the background, spicy touches such as floral pepper and cinnamon balance the ensemble, highlighted by a saffron note that enhances the aromas.
PALATE: A soft and silky attack with an elegant, well-integrated tannic structure. The palate is round and rich, offering strong aromatic intensity with notes of honey, flowers, and roasted nuances. Issuing from a meticulous selection of Caribbean rums, Gun’s Bell is blended in our cellars in Chevanceaux following a traditional artisanal method. It then undergoes a 4 to 6-month aging process in oak barrels (depending on the weather) to develop woody notes, vanilla, dried nuts, roasted almonds, and smoky accents. Gun’s Bell reveals powerful and indulgent aromas, releasing an incomparable flow of flavors with both fruity and smoky notes.
Miracielo is produced by hand using the original La Antigua Guatemala recipe from 1953, in small batches.
During the ageing process, fresh plums, sultanas and vanilla are added by hand, macerating and giving it its unique aromatic profile. Symbolising its artisanal, hand-made profile, the leather collar that adorns its neck is also handmade.
