Tasting notes
Colour
Crystalline color, with silyer reflections, showing a powerful body with high adherence in the glass.
Nose
Herbal and fruity profle where menthol, camphor and pineapple stand out. It is complemented by aromas of spices and minerals such as clove, cinnamon and clay.
Mouth
The spicy character stands out from the start, a mid-palate that remains fruity and fresh and a finish reminiscent of piloncillo (cornstarch).
Finish
Smooth texture and high permanence surprising its balance and roundness in all its clements.
