This version of Artesano is an experience that takes you on a journey of flavours and textures and immediately transports you to the palenque for the entire experience. Mezcal is a Mexican agave distillate that is produced in a special way. Mezcal San Cosme can carry the addition artisanal, because it is produced in pure manual labor.
Tasting note
Colour
Crystalline color, with silver reflections, it shows high adherence in the glass.
Nose
Mineral and spicy profile, with clove and a mineral, clay-like note It is complemented by fruity aromas.
Taste
At the beginning the spicy character with notes of white pepper and tonka bean, with a hint of mineral are highlighted. The mid-palate remains fruity and fresh.
Finish
Reminds of cooked agave. Finish Silky texture and high permanence surprising balance and roundness in all its clements. An elegant mezcal.
